Brewery "du Clocher"

The only church in Belgium where you turn water into beer!The brasserie du clocher is a project born of a passion, that of Jean and Alex. One brewed as an amateur in his cellar, while the other had the experience of entrepreneurship. They then decided to partner.Together they restored and transformed the desecrated church of Piroy and installed their tanks. In 2015, their first beer, the Philomène florale, was born, joined by a younger sister, the Philomène HoptimAle in 2017. It is also since that year that the micro-brewery is completely autonomous thanks to the arrival of a bottling chain. Volunteers come to complete the team and it is with pleasure that they will make you discover their know-how!
