Brewery of Eaux Vives

Located in the small bucolic village Romerée, come and discover the craft brewing trade at the Eaux Vives brewery. Educational visits for families or groups of friends. You’ll learn where a beer’s colour, alcohol level and foam come from and you can also discover their different products. A palette of 100% natural beer aromas wafts deliciously through this bucolic early 18th century barn. All the stages of manufacturing beers, such as the prized lager Dame Bibiche, will be explained to you enthusiastically by the owner in a rustic atmosphere combining wood, local stone, books and vintage furniture.
