Description
The Barberot family has been growing watercress in the Juine Valley for 5 generations.
Grown by 5 generations, watercress is a plant full of history in Essonne. Watercress awaits you in all its forms in the local shop: fresh in bales, soups, etc. Visits can be organized to discover this exceptionnal farm (with reservation only - fares on request). The watercress farm is member of the Remarquable Taste Sites and France Passion.
