This route of approximately 15 km takes you to the limit of the department of the Lot. On this millers' path, you will discover the Janicot mill, the Garrigue mill, and the New mill. A beautiful walk between the Borrèze river and the Causse landscape. Strong points : landscapes of Causse, mills, river, hamlet of Eybène, beautiful viewpoints This route of about 15 km takes you to the limit of the department of Lot (at the level of the mill of the Draille). On this millers' path, you will discover 8 buildings: the Borrèze flour mill, the Janicot mill, the Bousquet mill, the Garrigue mill, the Beauféry mill, the Neuf mill, the Paysan mill and the Draille mill.

The miller's path of the Inval starts in the village of Borrèze, situated on the border of the Dordogne, the Corrèze and the Lot. It's on our ancestral Neanderthal land that our walnut trees grow along the banks of the Dordogne. Located in the lower Corrèze region, VG Noix is an artisanal manufacturer of walnut-related products. With a focus on quality and proximity, VG Noix meets consumer expectations.

Borrèze is situated in a valley surrounded by hills 300m high on 2737ha at the gateway to the Black Perigord. The parish takes its name from the river that runs through it "La Borrèze", a tributary of the Dordogne downstream from Souillac. The architecture of the houses is in light beige stone and is characterized by the presence of roofs in Corrèze slate and flat Quercy tiles. The small rural heritage is particularly rich in crosses, ovens, huts built in dry stone. The river "La Borrèze" is an exceptional site marked out until a certain time by 30 water mills. Each child will find a card adapted to his or her age (4/6, 7/9, 9/12). A mascot, Inspector Rando, accompanies and guides children on the trail to help them solve the riddles.
