Time: 2h45 Pedestrian, Mountain bike Road signs: Green signs, White markings Difficulty: ** (medium) Distance: 11 kms Map IGN 1339 and TOP 25 Directions: Depart from the parking lot at Navarrosse harbour D5 (located on the map at J7/8,) the hiking trail sign is located in front of the municipal marina. Depart from the end of the camper parking lot, follow the fence of the Lou Galip 1 camp site. Turn left at the angle of the fence, follow the path until you reach the Roseaux path and proceed to the intersection of the Mayotte 2 path. Turn right and follow the road D 333 for 25 meters, then enter trail on your left and stay on trail for 200 meters. Turn left 3 into wooded area and head towards Frézat. Cross the road 4 and continue on the Frézat path (DFCI 221) until you search the new ditch, cross over the ditch and continue straight. Cross over the commune’s ditch continue until ditch 5, turn left and proceed to the lake. Adjacent to the hunter’s hut , admire the vegetation along the waterfront. The point of view of the marshlands is superb, as well as the reeds (Biscarrosse lake / Cazaux / Sanguinet.) Make a 180° turn and take the first path on your right. Follow the path along the lake for 1,25 km until the new ditch 6. Turn right before the ditch and proceed to the lake (magnificent view of the lake.) Make a 180° turn at the little bridge, take the path on the right alongside the marsh and lake, after having crossed the ditch. Pass between the Mayotte camp site and the camp site harbour and proceed straight until Navarrosse D5 marina. The numbers 1 through 6 are markers on the trail map

Time: 2h Pedestrian, Mountain bike Road signs: Green signs, White markings Difficulty: ** (medium) Distance: 8.1 kms Map IGN 1339 and TOP 25 Directions Start at D5, from the Navarosse marina (on map J7/8). Take the road in front of you, your back towards the lake, then take the first street along the “canalot”. Cross the canal using the ramp. Continue until the lakes road and cross it 1. Take a left onto path that follows the road and cross it 1. Take a left onto path that follows the road for 100 meters and go up the 1-st sandy path on the right. Follow the Pétanque street. At the crossroad 2, take a left onto the limestone path. Pass under the electric lines and continue until the dry lagoon. Take, before the lagoon, the first path on your right. Continue until the Fabre cabin (tree resin tapper’s cabin,) 3. Leave the path on your left and follow the winding course until the electric line follow it on the right for 100 meters. Turn left passing under electric line. Continue on the path (do not take any of the small paths on your right) until Ispe 4. Circuit is winding and shaded. Magnificent view of the bay. Cross the road, turn right and stay on the lake shore heading towards Navarosse. Head alongside the bike path for 300 meters and continue your trail along the beach until canal 5 follow the canal in order to reach the ramp on your left, cross the ramp and continue straight along the “Canalot”, and make an immediate left in the direction of “la Régie” of the harbour D5. Time: 2h30 Pedestrian, Mountain bike Road signs: Green signs, White markings Difficulty: * (easy) Distance: 10.7 kms Map IGN 1339 and TOP 25 Directions From D7, with City Hall behind you (J 13 on map,) take Jules Ferry Street which is perpendicular to City Hall, head East, at the first roundabout turn right until the second roundabout named “de la Bascule”. Just before, on your left and after the stadium, you will find the path bike. Proceed straight on the bike path. Cross the road following the bike path. Head alongside the bike path for 100 meters until the seaplane roundabout, take a right the Chemin d’Arbage at Pastebuch1. Arriving at the first house, turn left at the Pilon way, continue straight to 2 Caillaou Street. Take the Biganon Street and just before the barn, turn left, then direct yourself towards the marshland. At 3, when you see the gate, continue straight to the lake (watch out for cattle, cows, horses, donkeys). Admire the view of the lake and make a 180° turn to reach the circuit at 3. Turn left and continue along the fence until landmark 4. Return to Latecoere 5, direct yourself towards the nautical center. Take a break and admire the view of the lake, the hunter’s huts, sailboats sailing school... Follow the lake shore along the green spaces, then go on the beach and proceed straight on the canal passing by the two footbridges until 6. Turn right and following the Lily pond, then continue straight. Return to your point of departure. You will find your point of departure following the Montbron center, then the bell tower The numbers 1 through 6 are markers on the path map
