Go through the village and at the exit, cross the bridge to the left and turn left 70m after the bridge. 13. At the end of the Chemin du Comte, turn right onto the D7 as far as the village of Couladère. 14. At the roundabout, take the second exit on the left and then, 200 m further on, turn left again onto the D49. 15. At the end of the road, turn right onto the D49D, then follow signs for Mauran by turning left onto the D62. 16. Turn slightly left towards the centre of the village of Mauran.

The Tour Sainte Catherine offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Balaguères valley and the high peaks of the Castillonnais. This vestige, visible from afar, is the only evidence of a castral dating from the 12th to 13th centuries.

During this country walk, you'll have the chance to contemplate beautiful panoramic views of the Pyrenean mountain range and the valleys. Discover the old marble quarry and pass by the rock-climbing crags.

A pleasant family hike above the village of Argein. This trail takes in the architecture of the Juncalas barns, once used to store hay. 00h -From the church square, turn left, heading east, along the Houraou path, part of the Chemin de St Jacques (GR78). After 200 m, near a wash-house, go back up the Chemin du Pouech for 100 m, then take a wide, flat track parallel to the D618 for about 1 km. 00:20 - Leave the GR and take a path to the left. Above the first ruined barn, the path continues flat to the small “Vignat” stream. It then continues east and north through the woods for 20 minutes. It doesn't take long to reach the first Granges de Juncalas. 1h00 - Towards the end of the hamlet (second group of barns), turn right and then left on the “Poujaou” path, which leads to the Paleraze plateau. Paleraze plateau, which offers a remarkable panorama. For the return journey, take the carriage road downhill: at the first crossroads on the right, take the second turning on the left back to the path you took at the start.

A museum dedicated to RIZLA CROSS from 1874 to 1994. Opening and guided tour in summer on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 3pm to 6pm. The visits are provided by the volunteers of the association. Lacroix, an industrialist coming from a paper dynasty in the Charentes region, rented a former paper-mill that was installed on some old mills. This is how the legendary Rizla Croix cigarette rolling paper was born… The museum started in 1994. Even if Rizla’s manufacturing was terminated at this site, the museum reviews 2 centuries of labourer history and relates the entire manufacture process.

Opened a year and a half ago on the village square in Roquefort-sur-Garonne, it's a one-stop shop with a bar/coffee corner where you can enjoy craft beers and wine, as well as coffee and tea from local producers. You'll also find a delicatessen corner stocked with local and south-western products, as well as the press (Dépêche and Gazette du Comminges), a bread depot and, more recently, the Française des Jeux. I also offer 'Anti-Gaspi' baskets. Charcuterie and cheese platters are available for evenings organised in the bar. Other boards can also be made depending on what's available and what's in season.
