On the ground floor, the gîte comprises a fitted kitchen, a convivial lounge/dining room, a bathroom with shower, separate WC and a laundry area.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with 140 cm beds, a mezzanine with a 90 cm bed, and a bedroom with a convertible bed, offering space to suit all types of traveller. An additional toilet completes the first floor.

In the immediate vicinity, take advantage of the shops, spa treatments, numerous walks, fishing, a golf course and a casino.
