With Angerville International Karting Centre, RACING KART ORGANISATION boasts one of Europe's biggest karting facilities for both recreational and competition karting.

Richard Piriou established his own poultry farm in 2014, on the family farm in Guillerval in the south of Essonne. Son of farmers, this poultry farmer raises bare-necked chickens, farm guineafowls, as well as capons for the end of year celebrations. All are raised in a natural outdoor setting and wander through a grassy path of several dozen hectares. The farmer also cultivates cereals on part of his farm according to a sustainable agriculture. Richard's poultry are fed with wheat and corn from the farm but also with oilseeds and protein crops. Richard Priou sells his products on the markets of Etampes or Auvers-Saint-Georges (every other Saturday morning) and then on the markets of Guillerval or Saint-Cyr-la-Rivière (every other Saturday afternoon). It is also possible to place an order directly with the breeder and collect the poultry from the farm.

The Moulin gîte is in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles nature reserve. To get there, leave the road and follow the Sarthon, the river that flows into the Sarthe, for 200 metres. It's an exceptional place to recharge your batteries and breathe! You can discover the Mont des Avaloirs and the entire southern part of the Normandie Maine Regional Nature Park. You're at the crossroads of 3 départements: Mayenne, Sarthe and Orne. The natural environment is remarkable. The Domaine de Trotté is a communal site open to the public, with a hiking trail close to the gîte. The village of Saint Pierre des Nids is 4km away, with all local shops. For leisure activities, you can go to the leisure centre at Saint-Cénéri-le-Gérei, just over 1km away, where you can go canoeing or kayaking, or to Saint Léonard des Bois (accrobranche course and other activities). The church was built in 1865 by the abbot Migorel. As it is listed as a "Monument Historique", the building is protected. Its bell tower is quite unique, and is home to the virgin Mary and the two little kids from Savoy: Maximon and Mélanie.

At the heart of the Perche regional natural Park, come and visit a small, family-run goat farm, on an authentic estate in Corbionne Valley. Malvina sells soaps & cosmetics made from goat’s milk, wool for knitting and her mohair creations using the hair from her angora goats. With a prior booking, take a guided tour of the farm and the various production workshops (1.5 hour tour).

Water rules around here, whether in lakes, clear streams, boggy meadows or wet woodlands, it imposes its presence on every living species. Only visitors can keep their feet dry, thanks to a path built on piles. Their journey will be accompanied by the song of the large gold and large marsh grasshopper or the short-winged conehead, another wetland grasshopper. The praying mantis, previously completely unknown in Basse-Normandie, is particularly abundant. The lesser marbled fritillary, a butterfly also known as the "grande violette" in French, despite its orange colour, can be seen flying in July and August. The area is a breeding ground for wetland birds, such as the common Grasshopper warbler. Rare orchids flower undisturbed. Without grazing or mowing, this orchid would disappear under pressure from the sedges. On the banks of the Corbionne, the European White Elm can be identified in the spring by its lash-lined seeds. Discovery trail located at "Les Grands Prés". Accessible to people with reduced mobility. Guided tours only available from the Parc du Perche and the Commune de Bretoncelles.

This site was originally a production facility before being transformed into a memorial to the men, women, and children who worked in the forges. The owners offer a guided tour to discover the fantastic history of the Longny forges. Reservation required.

Our brasserie is a place of production, a bar, restaurant, place for tourism and events, all rolled into one, in an exceptional setting. Church rebuilt in the 15th century. Tower from the 16th century which is the interesting asset of the place. Inside: Monumental main altar, lateral altarpieces from the old "chartreuse du Val-Dieu.

Built on the hillside of a mountain, overlooking the village, the chapel is an example of the peak in Renaissance buildings of the Perche.

Spotting rare flowers such as the early spider orchid, breathing in the fragrance of Breckland Thyme, getting up close to praying mantises and listening to crickets are all part of daily life in the Coteau de la Bandonnière. Located in Longny-au-Perche, it stretches across a steep hillside of the Vallée de la Robioche. Its sunny, sloping aspect has encouraged unusual flora and fauna, usually only seen further south. A walk with a guide will reveal many facets of this outstanding natural heritage, preserved and managed using sheep from breeds especially well adapted to this kind of environment.

Alain Vernholes can tell you a story about each and every one of the 500 trees he himself has planted on his lande in Boiscorde, Rémalard. Weather permitting, the guided tours take place every Sunday afternoon from mid-September to mid-November, with the point of departure at the Tourist Office.

Boiscorde Manor spans over several buildings dating from the 15th and 16th Centuries. The entrance is flanked by two round towers , one of which incorporates a massive dovecote. The Manor can be visited from the outside, and its gable boasts some beautiful mullion windows.
