This gite consists of a spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster). Two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds, a shower room, separate toilet. Basement with washing machine, dryer and a room that can be used as a playroom. Wifi. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

Located in the heart of the village of Pontmain, near to the basilica, its arboretum and a magnificent forest, your host Martine offers the comfortable and modern flat "Auprès de mon arbre" on the first and top floor of a local stone house. The 75 m2 flat can accommodate 2 to 3 people and includes: - a living room with a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting area - a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed - bathroom with bath, separate toilet - laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, steam generator and hoover. A picturesque country lane will lead you to this hamlet, nestled on the hills to the North of the Hague Peninsula. The gîte is a typical example of Cotentin houses with its stone staircase and roof. Enjoy the peaceful garden at the back of the house, on the first level.

This is one of the most remarkable villages of la Hague and a walkers' paradise. Here time seems to have stopped... and the panorama is simply delightful! The dry stone walls, the hedges and small fences which characterise this part of the world stand out against the deep blue ocean. The village is also home to the church which appeared in Roman Polansky's "Tess" which won the Cesar award for best film in 1980. The house is just as charming with its cosy interior and numerous sea views. A perfect getaway!
