Nœux-les-Auxi is a charming little village nestling at the bottom of a dry valley perpendicular to the Authie. The village square is shaded by linden trees over a hundred years old, and it is around this square that social life is organised, with the school, the town hall and the school accommodation, as well as religious life, with the church and the former presbytery. The village has retained its festive character, with traditional, cultural and nature festivals, the highlight of which is the transhumance to the Riez nature reserve in May. The route takes in the chapel, the village café, the château, a beautiful Picardy farmhouse, cob buildings and the church. To admire the scenery, walkers can also take advantage of two hiking trails starting from the village and a 12 km loop, the sentier des Capris.

Buire-au-Bois nestles in the hollow of a dry valley leading down to the Authie, in a tranquil setting with colours that change with the seasons. With its cob houses, wells, flower beds and its four-season market (a remarkable tree), Buire offers a variety of landscapes that testify to its attachment to its heritage and respect for diversity. There are a number of walking routes that wind their way through all these sites, making for a pleasant stroll along the paths!

Brick and half-timbered hospital complex dating back to the 17th century that used to be home to the community of Sisters of Charity. Only the part where the library is located is open. A rare and moving covered cemetery, the final resting place of the sisters. Pretty quiet garden.

The chef will make you savour a simple quality cooking made with sea and land products.

"Les Hautes Falaises" is a panoramic restaurant with an unobstructed view on Le Tréport and Mers-les-bains. The bar- restaurant is located on one of the highest chalk cliffs in Europe. You can even see the Baie de Somme. The funicular going down from the cliffs to the centre of Le Tréport is not far away. The restaurant is listed among the "Relais Motards", recommended by the "Journal des Motards" and has the "Tourisme et Handicap" label. Car and bus park near.

It is surrounded by ponds, historic monuments and the Eu forest. We also have cycle paths nearby, a nautical base in Gamaches and many other places to discover. The Longroy Gamaches train station is a 4-minute walk from our homes. This station serves the Le Tréport Beauvais line.
