History and nature : This walk starts from the pond of Miel. Through the dirt roads, under the woods and meadows of Perrier, to reach the village of Puy de Noix, and its "historical space". We can see the religious commandery, its outbuildings and old cemetery. Then the village of La Brande with the apparent traces of an old pond and its canal leading the water to the old grain mill. This path will allow you to appreciate a point of view on the basin of Brive and two Natural Zones of Ecological, Faunistic and Floristic Interest (ZNIEFF).

In a completely natural setting, walk along our dirt roads to discover the forests, the meadows, with very nice views of the Midi Correzien, the north of the Lot, the Dordogne valley, the Cantal mountains. Discover a remarkable megalith. Soak up the calm and serenity of our countryside.

From the church of Ménoire, you will discover the ancient fountains of this commune, including the one known as Saint-Martial, which has its origins in Celtic antiquity. You will then enjoy the splendid panorama of Roche de Vic before returning to your starting point via the Ménoire spring.

The Meyssac fault is a spectacular sign of the junction of the last sandstone foothills of the Massif Central and the limestone sediments deposited a few million years later. It also marks a clear break in terms of landscape, vegetation, land use and agricultural practices. This is what we propose to show you through the nine educational stations.

You will walk along wide paths through meadows and undergrowth in this chestnut village, from which it takes its name. You will arrive on a portion of path cut in the granite before seeing the pond of Coiroux and its many tourist facilities. Hamlets, the good fountain Ste-Caquette, the old school... will punctuate your walk.

The 12th century church of Ménoire is the starting point of this walk which will allow you to discover the plateaus of this commune but also, if you feel like it, the communes of Neuville and Saint-Hilaire-Taurieux. This walk can end with a gourmet stop at a traditional producer of foie gras in Pilou.

A theme: the pig in all its forms. An open-air site around Puy Brézou, a shady 2km walk with islands featuring the pig. An adventure off the beaten track, full of rhythm and humor for the whole family. Picnic area on site.

Once an advanced citadel of the Viscounty of Turenne, the village of Lostanges dominates the valleys of the Sourdoire and the Soulier. Before leaving the village to take a path that winds through the woods, admire one of the most beautiful altarpieces in the region in the church. Your walk will also take you to the village of Blavignac and its 17th century Chapelle St-Roch.

The gîte is a 19th-century Correzienne house, typical of non-farming rural dwellings, with south-west exposure and views over the village and its hills. Beynat, cité du Cabas, is at the heart of the Corrézienne chestnut grove. The village offers country vacations, with hiking opportunities starting from the gîte. Built in the 12th century in the Romanesque style. Its portal, adorned with palmette capitals and topped with a string of billets, dates back to this period.
