Starting from the church, you will see the beautifully restored village weighing scale and will cross several small hamlets including Saint-Agnol, in the heart of a grassy valley offering superb panoramas.

A very nice (very) hilly road bike route, which crosses the wild Dordogne valley several times, notably via the impressive Chastang dam. The route starts from the small village of Espagnac, then follows the Doustre gorges, with superb views of La Roche-Basse. It then crosses the Dordogne at the Barrage du Chastang, before climbing to the village of Servières-le-Château (Côte de Servières). After a flatter section to Auriac, a steep descent leads to the Pont du Chambon, a cast iron suspension bridge. A 5km climb (Côte des Charbonniers) brings you back to the plateau before finishing the last 20km more quietly...

These wide paths and undergrowth in places will allow you to discover beautiful landscapes modulated by the Argentat fault and several elements of our small heritage: wells with a coping stone, a malted cross, a good Saint-Pierre fountain, a wooden mission cross and a beautiful Latin cross sculpted with a naive Christ in Vieillemaringe...

Ideal for exploring the Sédières site. It offers a beautiful panorama of the Monédières. This tour can also be done on mountain bikes and gravel bikes. After crossing the Sédières estate, with its barns, park and castle, the trails take you to the Etang de La Prade and the national forest. An easy mountain bike route alternating between wide tracks and paths, ending with two narrow trails including the 'chemin des écoliers' near Chauzeix. An attractive tour of the ponds on a short, not very technical course accessible to all: very rolling for most of the route, with a beautiful passage through the forest after the Etang de la Chèze. This extension to route no. 3 allows occasional riders to discover the northern part of the Sédières estate, between Clergoux and Eyrein. Passing through the Puy des Deux Bouleaux and the Puy de l'Echavon (cross), you reach the chapel and cross at Miginiac before a beautiful trail back to the Base Vélo Loisir de Sédières.

The course offers a great sporting escapade on the wide tracks in the southern part of Sédières... You're in for a treat! Few technical difficulties on this circuit. Return via Chauzeix and a magnificent narrow path before passing through Clergoux and arriving in Sédières on the marked trails. Points of interest : Château and Granges de Sédières ? It has had several patron saints. Today, it is dedicated to St. Madeleine. Parts of the church are very old parts of the church, notably the barrel vaults, which date its construction to between 1150 and 1220. It features modillions in the purest Romanesque style, with human and animal heads, including the devil. The walls feature 2 types of stone, easily distinguishable (for example, in the porch): the pink stones are those of the former building, which burned down during the Wars of Religion (second half of the 16th century, particularly around 1590 with the fratricidal struggles between the League and Protestants). Before 1827, the church had a bell tower-wall with a campanile of four bells, typical of the region. The building was restored in the 17th and 19th centuries, as it was in danger of collapsing.
