In the heart of the village of Espagnac, on the church square, discover the Tacot inn. You'll be greeted with a warm welcome on the Transcorrézien route (the old railway line between Tulle and Ussel, now converted into a footpath). You can enjoy regional dishes such as crispy potatoes and calf's head in gribiche sauce or, if you're a gourmet gambler, the à la carte menu based on ideas and fresh seasonal produce.
