In the capital of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, the GR 6 crosses the GR 655, the route de Compostelle via Turonensis. It passes through the Labouheyre railway station. To discover: the landscapes of the Park, the L?Eyre valley, a long, tranquil river flowing under a canopy of alders and oaks and between clumps of royal fern, populated by dragonflies, birds and fish; the pine forest typical of the Landes region, some reminders of the pilgrimage past, such as the church of old Lugo, obelisk, pilgrims? cross, Saint Clar fountain, ... This route is proposed by the Comité Régional de Randonnée Pédestre. This section of the GRP tour du Bassin d'Arcachon runs along the northern coast of the Leyre delta, less well known than the southern coast, but wilder and more typical. Sights along the way include the ports of Biganos, Lanton, Andernos and Arès, with their oyster huts; the ecological reserves of the Certes estate and the salt meadows of Arès and Lège Cap Ferret; and the built heritage of the villages of Lanton and Andernos. On the tracks of the Haureuils district. A well preserved local know-how. The district has interesting and typical heritage elements of the Haute Lande Girondine such as Landes barns, sheep pens in Barat-Neou but above all a well marked local know-how with the Dubourg establishments, known as the Grès de Gascogne, installed in the heart of the forest for more than 150 years, close to a clay deposit of an exceptional fineness which has existed for millions of years. They produce paving stones and ceramic tiles but also this famous resin pot called "Hugues pot" And on the way to the bakers, the family bakery "Le fournil d'Albert" is the witness of another time. Patrick Bordessoules and his sister, Corinne, have reopened the bakery in memory of their grandfather, keeping the old-fashioned method.

Le Barp is located on the route des Grandes Landes linking Bordeaux to Spain. It is crossed by the Itinerary of the King's horse mail network in the 16th century and on the route of the Roman road known as "Camin Roumieu" which designated in patois "the road" linking Bordeaux to Dax. A stopover on the road to Santiago de Compostela since the 11th century, the village developed around the Relais Hospitalier and the Priory. It is an important post office on the Spanish road which crosses the parish from north to south: it is the fourth station of the horse post after Gradignan. The commune has interesting and typical heritage elements of the Haute Lande Girondine such as barns ? the Landes barn located in the village of Peilhe, a sheep pen in Barat-Neou, a tradition of ceramics with the Grés de Gascogne in the Haureuils district.

Owned by the Conservatoire du Littoral and managed by the Departmental Council of the Gironde, the Domaine de Graveyron is a protected sensitive natural area located in the continuity of the coastal path that borders the Bay of Arcachon. Situated in the southern Bay of Arcachon, in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, the gîte "L'Oyat" is a house with typical wooden architecture of the region. You can reach the old Santiago de Compostela path by bike or on foot (500 m from the house). Built in 1862, the Saint-Emilion Church is an imposing building whose high bell tower rises proudly towards the sky. The Saint-Emilion Church is a Gothic-inspired work with characteristic architecture. It consists of a single nave and three ogive crosses.

The first room, Lilou, has a 160cm bed, and the second, Xan, has two 90cm twin beds, making a 180cm bed if required.
