Nestled in a magnificent green setting, dotted with meadows, surrounded by ponds and protected by nearly 130 hectares of forest, the Domaine de Sédières is the starting point of the circuit! And how can we talk about the Sédières estate without mentioning the splendid castle... The Sédières castle was built in the 15th century by the Bothier family, and was remodelled during the 15th and 16th centuries to become the real jewel of the Italian Renaissance heritage that we know today. Once on the road, you will have the pleasure of enjoying a beautiful diversity of landscapes between ponds and generously wooded areas, the change of scenery is just waiting for you...

The course offers a great sporting escapade on the wide tracks in the southern part of Sédières... You're in for a treat! Few technical difficulties on this circuit. Return via Chauzeix and a magnificent narrow path before passing through Clergoux and arriving in Sédières on the marked trails. Points of interest : Château and Granges de Sédières ? This extension of route no. 4 offers an alternation of trails and paths before a rolling return to Sédières. This route offers the first technical difficulties for mountain bikers. Alternating ascents and descents to Marcillac before arriving on the banks of the lake. This circuit is an extension of trail no. 5. A sporty, rolling circuit with plenty of variety. Wide tracks give way to technical descents. It includes a river crossing over a bridge, where caution is called for after Saint Martial de Gimel. Magnificent "Trace du Tacot" for 4 km before Espagnac, leading to a restored Transcorrézien station. A pleasant return on wild paths and tracks between Espagnac and Sédières. This route for experienced riders includes a number of technical sections (winding descent, ascent into the Courijoux) before finishing gently... It could have been called the "Doustre slide", given the climbs and descents in the Gorges of the same name! One of the challenges of this circuit is to successfully climb the Courijoux from La Roche Canillac on the mountain bike. Magnificent undergrowth sections between Gumont and Champagnac La Prune. Dating back to 1600, Saint-Léger?s granite chapel, with its slate roof, is a typical example of a small Corrézien village chapel. Rebuilt in the 17th or 18th century, this chapel has retained a small bell tower wall dating from 1600.

Saint-Pardoux lies close to the Doustre river and the reservoir of the Valette dam.
