Come and stay in this fishing gîte, which sleeps 7 people, located at the foot of the hiking and horse-riding trails in Haute Mayenne. The 4,500m² private fishing pond is just 50 metres from the gîte. It is ideal for leisure fishing, and is home to carp, pike, roach and perch. The pond varies in depth from 0.50m to 2.5m. You'll find carp up to 7kg, pike from 30 to 70cm and roach up to 20cm. Fishing is no-kill. If you don't fish, you can enjoy the park's shady spots under the oak and albizia trees. There is also a boules pitch, table tennis and table football for your leisure activities. The house's terrace faces south, offering a magical view of the park and fishing pond. Nearby, you'll find the Sillé-le-Guillaume leisure centre (7 km), ideal for swimming, as well as Sainte-Suzanne, a small town full of character (22 km), Saint-Léonard-des-Bois (21 km), a village in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles nature reserve, where numerous outdoor activities await you, and Jublains (28 km), a Gallo-Roman town with its museum. Alain Vernholes has a story to tell about each of the 500 trees he has planted on his Boiscordes property in Rémalard: from the fruit of the service tree that has to be digested by birds in order to germinate, to the cross-fertilisation of two varieties of elms to create a hybrid resistant to the Dutch Elm Disease which decimated the entire European population of elms, to how he managed to bring back seeds and young plants from his travels in the Americas, Asia and throughout Europe. Take a tour guided by Alain Vernholes and enjoy the glorious autumn colours in his arboretum.

The Chèreperrine castle is a vestige of an impressive mansion from the 18th century, built by the Marquise des Alleurs, mistress of the Grand Dauphin. Partially destroyed by a fire in 1925, only the central part remains. A chapel shelters a beautiful trompe l'oeil from the 19th century. Guided tour of the chapel and the ice house (1757).

The Estate has an interest of art and history because of its typical evolution of a large land area in the Perche from the 17th to the 19th century. Few castles in the Perche can be proud of the signing of many architects and landscape renowned as Lonné.

Since 2010, the gardens have been laid down around buildings that are currently being restored and are typical of the Perche region, including a 15th and 16th century manor house, a farm house, seigniorial barn, stables and pigsties, bakery, hemp oven and covered well. The garden has been adapted to the buildings and their uses, with a vegetable garden and orchard, preserving traditional Perche cider and eating apples near the communal areas, a medieval medicinal plant garden near the manor house, an osmanthus and grass broderie, a collection of ornamental cherry trees, oak, lime trees and hawthorn. Over 300 vintage and botanical roses, a collection of peonies and magnolias. The garden is continually changing, and year after year its form and structure emerges. There are non-guided visits, but a guide is available on request.

Built on former sarcophagus in the beginning of the 12th century. Built in sandstone and granite, on a rocky promontory. Frescos from the 12th and 14th centuries, restored in 2006. Nearby, in a vast grassland, The Saint-Cénéri little chapel (15th century) on the site of the Saint ermite’s oratory. Stained glasse created in 2007 by Cathy Van Hollebeke. The church is open every day through the year. The chapel is open from Juin to September (call before coming).
