From the station of Laguenne, you will reach the church by discovering the old town and its old medieval buildings of the rue des Armuriers. We will continue straight on by the rue des Allées until the waterfall of the stream of Boussac. The ascent by a forest track will lead you to the hamlet of the Maison Rouge, before gently descending towards the Verdier. On the way back you will find the "Vieille Guenne" and its narrow streets.

Opposite the former POC railway station, take rue de la Chaussade up to the pretty village of Boubeau. Before the bread oven, turn right to climb up to Montplaisir. At the cabane des vignerons de la confrérie, continue on the ridge path, then descend to the Transcorrézien route for a gentle return to the heart of the Saint-Bonnette valley. Orange markings.

Emerging between the valleys of the tumultuous Corrèze and Vézère rivers, the Monédières massif features harmoniously rounded shapes and wild landscapes where heather moors, coniferous forests and sparkling lakes alternate.

The city of Tulle, clinging to the rocky slopes of the Corrèze valley, squeezes in on both sides of the river. By taking the Horizons Tullois circuit you will leave the valley, gain height, and discover the surrounding countryside. On the way back you can enjoy the view over Tulle from the heights.

These paths take you through meadows, valleys and villages shaped by the Argentat fault where antimony was mined in the 19th century! Take in the charming village of Chanac-les-Mines, its church and contemporary fountain, and relax by the shady abreauvoir. Finish the hike with a panoramic view of the village, then further on, a lovely view of the Montane.

Starting from the bathing area, you'll make your way along the flora discovery trail. On one side, you'll find a number of playful structures that allow you to discover the biodiversity of the forest and, on the other, that of the river. One reaches the heights of Tulle through the woods on single-track paths, and then follows the Roman road, which in Gallo-Roman times linked Clermont-Ferrand to Bordeaux. At Fressinges, you have a magnificent view of the Monédières and the viaduct, one of the largest in Europe. Around the 6th km mark, you'll embark on a long descent. At the bottom, at a place called Les Angles, you come to the hamlet of Maugein. You then pass through a magnificent pine forest, then winding paths through the woods to reach Haut Bourbacoup. You then pass through the Forêt du Souvenir. This small forest of

4km route in the Forêt du souvenir, planted in memory of the 99 Tulle hangmen. From the bathing area, take the cycle path at Esprit Nature Station Sports Nature Pays de Tulle, then join the path at the bottom of the Bourbacoup housing estate. Once in the allotments, join the Forêt du Souvenir at km 1. Continue through the Donnareaux to return to the forest and then back to the bathing area.

You'll pass through a small pine forest on a magnificent mono-track, then winding singles through the woods to reach the top of Bourbacoup, with a passage through the Forêt du souvenir, and finally the finish at the bathing area.

A former fortified town (once protected by walls), Laguenne is now a charming village nestling at the bottom of a valley bathed in water. Along the ganette that runs through the village, old shops and half-timbered houses lead to the small church of Saint-Martin. Inside is Notre-Dame-de-Laguenne, a magnificent polychrome stone statue dating back to the 14th century and listed as a Monument Historique. The village of Saint-Bonnet was built on a small promontory surrounded by green hills. As you enter the village, you'll come across the 13th-century church, whose doorway is surmounted by two lions facing each other. On the altar rests a beautiful polychrome stone pieta. The church also houses a 7th-century reliquary shrine, a rare example from the Merovingian period

When it was built in the 12th century, this Romanesque church was the seat of a Benedictine provostry. Its façade features a deep porch with the Latin epitaph of its founder Etienne (listed as a Monument Historique). Among the works of art on display are a 13th-century polychrome wooden Virgin and Child, a 14th-century polychrome stone statue of Notre Dame de Laguenne, and a 15th-century stone statue of Saint Michel, warrior and avenger (listed as a Monument Historique).

L'Abeille de Seignolles is a small farm with around 100 beehives located in the Tulle area. The hives are organically farmed, and produce wildflower honeys that have won several awards in the Nouvelle Aquitaine flavors competition. Gingerbread and nougat processing.

A place to remember and pass on. It was on this spot, a former rubbish dump, that the bodies of the 99 men hanged in Tulle on June 9, 1944 were buried. Four months after the tragedy, the bodies of those hanged were returned to their families, but the Cueille site had already been consigned to history. The survivors of the tragedy wanted to materialize their desire to make the site a sacred space. In 1950, three steles were inaugurated, making the site part of our country?s martyrology. One of them bears the names of the 101 deportees who never returned from the death camps. 17 lecterns, placed along the hedge overlooking the Corrèze river, record the events leading up to the tragedy of June 9, 1944.

Tulle, prefecture of Corrèze, has a pure and authentic soul. Its heart beats in the medieval district of l'Enclos, a maze of alleys and staircases running between the high houses with wooden balconies. A stone's throw from the cathedral, the Maison Loyac is a 16th century architectural masterpiece. Known for its lace, Tulle is also the capital of the accordion, which is celebrated every year during the Nuits de Nacre festival.

Built in the 12th century on the site of an earlier monastery, and converted into a cathedral in 1317, it took almost 2 centuries to complete. The original Romanesque plan was to be evaluated over the centuries, giving way to a light, airy and slender Gothic style, as evidenced by the 73-metre high bell tower, making it the tallest in the Limousin region. Amputated of its choir and transept, the cathedral is home to some spectacular works, including the Grand Organs, built in 1839 and listed as a Monument Historique, and the immense stained glass window with its deep blues, which tells the story of the Lunade. In the 14th century, this miraculous procession put an end to a terrible period of plague, and even today, more than 8 centuries later, it still takes place every year, attracting crowds of devotees.

Enter the Cloître de la cathédrale Notre-Dame de Tulle and be inspired by the calm and serenity that emanates from this site in the heart of the city. This 13th-century Gothic building once formed, with the church, the heart of Tulle's Saint-Martin abbey. Stroll through the "galerie des anges" with its sculpted vaults, and enter the chapter house. It boasts an exceptional mural decoration: two 14th-century paintings depicting the Last Supper and Christ's Entry into Jerusalem. Protected as Historic Monuments in 1840 and 1862, the cloister galleries combine 13th-century Gothic elements with reconstructions carried out in the late 19th century.
