Cette balade familiale emmène à la découverte du village du Poët, construit sur les rives de la Durance en passant par les bois et champs de lavande. Sur la colline qui domine la plaine agricole, le cœur du village groupe ses vieilles maisons autour de l’église Saint Pierre restaurée au début du XIXème siècle, avec son clocher du XIème siècle et un très beau cadran solaire contemporain sur la façade. Depuis la Tour de la ville Haute, on peut profiter d'un beau panorama avec une table d’orientation. Suivre la D 722 en direction du village du Poët puis tourner à droite à la première intersection pour rejoindre le parc. Continuer sur environ 400 m, tourner à gauche, puis monter sur le petit sentier qui passe à côté des habitations. A la fin du sentier, au niveau des champs, prendre la piste sur la gauche. Arrivé à l’intersection, prendre à droite puis encore une deuxième fois à droite à la prochaine. Après avoir parcouru environ 800 m, à la sortie des bois, prendre la piste sur la gauche au croissement en direction des Paillade et continuer tout droit sur celle-ci jusqu’à revenir au point 4. De là, prendre tout droit qui redescend en direction du Poët et poursuivre sur cette route jusqu’au centre du village. Une fois dans le village, passer devant la mairie puis à côté de la boulangerie. Tourner dans la rue à gauche et aller en direction du chemin du Belvédère pour rejoindre la table d'orientation Une fois sortie de la tour d’orientation prendre la direction de la descente pour rejoindre le point de départ.

This hike leads you all around the  Mison Lake following the the layouts made around this sensitive natural space (tables, benches, fishing pontoons, wooden platform, interpretive signage, etc.).  The Lake of Mison is a sensitive departmental natural area, rich with reed bed, interesting fauna and flora and offers beautiful views of the Alpine peaks. An ideal walk for the whole family! The site is also accessible to people with disabilities. At the southern reception area (634 m), cross the small footbridge and walk along the dike of the lake. Walk past the "South Digue"(south dyke) and continue on the right bank of the lake. Along the right bank (640 m), continue and cross the reed bed. Please note that the passage through the reed bed is prohibited during the bird nesting period (from February 1st to June 30th). Reach the "North dyke" for coming  back to the road. When you start your hike or when you come back, go up on the hillock, and admire the panorama (orientation table), and maybe you will be able to count the 120 visible peaks. Follow the road north of the hillock(arrow "Beauvoir par la crête") topped by the tower (orientation table) and, in the bend, take the good stony path which runs flat towards the west . Follow the bumpy ridge, fork right twice and descend into the pines and pubescent oaks. Go up a wooded bump and walk along the ridge trail, then descend towards a little pass. Descend another ridge focusing on  Laragne and emerge on a path at another little pass near a field. Follow the path to the right in the thalweg and reach a crossway (sign post). Turn left towards Upaix via Le Brusset. On the road out of Montéglin, cross the D 22 (be careful!) and follow the track almost to the Plan. Turn left, cross the Mardaric stream and reach a small road. Follow it to the left for about twenty meters then turn right onto a path. Continue towards Silos and cross the D 22. Go up to the right following the stony path which bends, passes over stone clusters then slowly climbs to cross a ridge before turning right again to reach a road. Go up to the entrance of the village, go around the church. Take the road again, pass under the porch (14th century, remains of the castle ramparts), turn left, reach the Chapel of the Penitents (17th century restored in 1995; burials discovered during excavations in the crypt). Take the road to the right and, at the junction, either continue straight to reach the parking lot, or go up to the right to reach the hill and admire the panorama.

Du Parking, suivre la direction de La Fontaine par le Château. Le sentier domine la vallée du Buëch. Sont visibles les villages de Chateauneuf, Antonaves et Ribiers. Arrivée dans le village, remonter en direction de la Fontaine à travers les ruelles. De la Fontaine, suivre la direction des Aires par le Château.

Overlooking Mison village, The Romeyères plateau is covered with lavender which can really be appreciated during summer. This family walk offers a huge panoramic view on the Ecrins and Dévoluy summits. It also allows you to discover Mison old village in which the castle, Ste Baume chapel and its cemetery are located. From the parking lot, go up on the plateau by the tarred road (called “montée des Romeyères”). Continue alongside the lavender fields on a track leading to the public forest of Mison – with a lot of conifers. Go on the track which gradually becomes a slope heading to Mison. The track progressively becomes a path. At the village, go straight to the fountain. From the fountain, go up to the street on your right leading to the parking lot.

This circuit allows you to discover the Méouge-canyon, to ride alongside the Lavender roads, to enjoy the view of the Céans valley and to discover the medieval village of Orpierre. The first kilometers, starting in Laragne-Montéglin, take place on a beautiful and secure road until the Méouge canyon, via Châteauneuf-de-Chabre.For the crossing of the gorges, natural landscape astonishing by its geological characteristics and its Romanesque bridge, you’ll ride along a winding and slightly uphill road before climbing for a few kilometers in direction Chabre (marked route), which is an internationally renowned site for hang gliding.Pass the gorges and Barret-sur-Méouge, you’ll continue on a quiet and flat road, colorful and scented, bordered by long fields of lavender; then you’ll enter the Drôme Provençale. After the village of Eygalayes, the Saint-Jean pass begins with its 6 km of slopes approaching 8% declivity.Once you have reached its summit at 1,159 m above sea level and have taken a look at the panorama of the Ceans valley, you’ll start a descent to Laborel and will continue on the "route des Princes d'Orange" following the course of the Ceans-River  direction  Orpierre, ancient city of the Baronnies, stronghold of the Princes of Orange in the 11th century. The return to Laragne-Montéglin is a ride through fruit orchards, at the foot of the hilltop village of Lagrand, then towards Saléon through a wooded road with reasonable hilly terrain.

Des rives de la Durance aux villages perchés pittoresques, cette boucle de 65 km à vélo propose une belle immersion aux ambiances alpines et provençales. Entre les grimpettes, prenez le temps de vous imprégner des maisons anciennes, ruelles, clochers, lavoirs et fortifications. Avant de s'élancer vers les villages perchés, l'itinéraire part de Laragne-Montéglin par la D 942 puis par la D51 pour rejoindre les abords du canal. Au fil de l'eau, il faut poursuivre vers le nord le long de la toute nouvelle véloroute (reliant Monêtier les Bains à Avignon) qui longe la vallée de la Durance. Traverser le canal au niveau de Monêtier-Allemont pour débuter la route menant de village en village. Claret, Melve, Sigoyer, Vaumeilh, Valernes ou encore Mison... les villages s'enchaînent pour agrémenter l'aventure de decouvertes culturelles et paysagères.

Ce circuit vous fera découvrir le village de Laragne en passant par les rives du Buëch, les champs, les vergers et les bois. Ce parcours de niveau facile, essentiellement sur route et sur piste, conviendra à tous les publics. Depuis l’office de Tourisme, l’itinéraire serpente dans les rues de Laragne puis longe la départementale pour rejoindre les bords du Buëch par une piste. Après un agréable sentier au bord de l'eau, le circuit continue sur la route, à travers les vergers, et sillonne à travers la ville. Il rejoint quelques courtes sections de pistes et sentiers à travers les champs et en lisière de forêt jusqu’au point de départ.

Ce circuit permet de découvrir une zone rurale des hauteurs de Laragne. Il offre une très belle vue sur les sommets alentours. Ce parcours sur piste et sur route convient à toute la famille. Ce parcours commence à l’office de tourisme de Laragne et monte dans un premier temps par la route qui mène au hameau d’Arzeliers. Après 3km, avant d’avoir rejoint le hameau, le circuit emprunte une route sur la droite, qui se transforme en piste avant de rejoindre la route départementale D942. Une fois arrivé à la D942,  la traverser pour suivre la piste qui longe le ruisseau de Véragne afin de rejoindre le village et de retourner à l’office du tourisme.

Ce parcours passe au cœur des points historiques situés autour de Laragne en passant par Upaix et le château D’Arzeliers. Il offre de magnifiques points de vue sur la vallée du Buëch. Ce parcours se fait majoritairement sur pistes et routes, mais il est également composé de passages plus sport sur sentier. Le circuit démarre à l’office de tourisme et sillonne les rues du village avant de bifurquer sur une piste qui passe au milieu des bois et monte jusqu’au château d’Arzeliers. Ensuite, le parcours rejoint la route et longe les champs et pâtures jusqu’à Upaix. Une fois arrivé en dessous de la tour du village d’Upaix, le circuit emprunte un sentier qui ramène en direction de Laragne. Enfin, il n’y a plus qu’à retourner à l’office du tourisme de Largane en passant par différentes portions de route, pistes et sentiers.

Since 1922, our mill extracts extra virgin olive oil, a genuine fruit juice, only with mechanical means to olive oil amateurs’ great joy. For more than 40 years we have been making cosmetics and soap made in a cauldron just like Marseille soap. The harvest of olives is done manually with hand and automatic combs to preserve olives quality. Then, we proceed to the grinding of the fruit with a simple mechanical method, without the addition of chemicals or change in temperature. At the end of the grinding, we get an extra virgin olive oil with a free acidity lower than 0.8%. Our mill produces a local extra virgin olive oil. Our olive oil is peppery and refreshing which is specific to the aglandau olives (90%). Nearly 400 olive growers bring their olives to supply you with: - Green fruity olive oil - Local olive oil All our products are available at our shop and online shop: olive oil, homemade products, Marseille soaps… We also make basil, mint and lemon oils. Olive oil sold at the Serres, Orpierre, Sisteron and Laragne tourist offices. We offer visits of our soap factory from April to September by prior arrangement.

The Lake of Mison - Upaix belongs since its creation in 1960 to the Water-Bodies Association (ASA) of the plateau de Mison  for  crop irrigation. Since the construction of the Serre-Ponçon dam and the Ventavon canal, this 23-hectare lake has only been used as a back-up reserve for tree-growing. Designed for agriculture, it has become a sensitive natural space. The presence of many protected species of plants and birds, but also the importance of the lake in the landscape, makes out of this site an exceptional place for nature and environment. It is everyone’s responsibility to preserve it by taking care of it.

The campsite is also open to motorhomes within the limits of the allocated space. A service area is provided by the village outside the campsite.
