30 km from Aire-sur-l'Adour to Pimbo - A very small portion of the Landes route that connects one of the Landes UNESCO World Heritage Sites and a village appreciated for its panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and its botanical trail on the hillsides of the Moulin. A large bath of nature guaranteed! This walk is a real immersion in the splendid woods of Lavielle. With oak and chestnut trees, the path undulates in this peaceful forest. The walk also crosses over some old houses made of traditional pebbles, cob and Picon tiles.

Discover among the oaks of the Caillan wood, the neolithic funerary monuments. Park in front of the town hall of Fargues and leave the town hall behind, heading east.

Hiking easy to achieve for young and old through the vineyards of Armagnac, with passage on the lake, dike, footbridge. 1 - departure from the hall of the festivals: at the start of the yellow signposting of the PR along the whole course, descend towards the north on 1100 m, then take the road on the left until the tarred road 2 - turn right to the lake. In the turn, turn left towards the lake and go over the dike. Take the path on the left and follow the lake to the vineyard of Sancet (vineyard: producer of armagnac, floc and wine). Bypass the vine from the right to the road. 3 - Go straight ahead, pass the entrance of the castle until the crossing (possible variant left towards the village). Otherwise continue to the right until the RD 25 and cross it. Follow the tar then the path and cross the bridge. Turn left and follow the road to the road. 4 - turn right, go up to the junction (not far from the church of Mauriet) then turn left and go down the road. Before the bridge turn left, pass the bridge. At the end turn right until the RD 25. 5 - Turn left again for 150 m. Turn right towards "Berdine". At the top turn left and return to the village by the beginning of the route.

This circuit of about 300 m invites you to discover Conchez-de-Béarn known for its old Béarn houses built in the 17th and 18th centuries by noble and bourgeois families. This walk will reveal the history of the village, its houses and their architecture, and will end with a visit to the Saint-Germain church dating from 1770.

Departing from Conchez-de-Béarn, a pretty village in the Béarn region, this mountain bike route, more physical than technical, crosses the Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh vineyards. Discover the fauna on a 3 km trail accessible to all. The lake of Broussau (37ha) is located in an environment of oaks, poplars, pines with facilities for both walkers and fishermen. It was around 1340 that the bastide of DUHORT was created with a central square on which stood a beautiful hall that housed the common house, the classroom, the court of justice, but also cabarets, etc... The bastide was surrounded by the stream "L'Ourden", by earthworks made by human hands and enclosed by four doors. The massive houses were built around the square. Behind each house was a garden. The church was built at the south-east end, flanked by the cemetery. Of this very prosperous bastide (merchants, notaries, lawyers, farmers, etc.), only the square remains without the market hall (the market hall was demolished on 27 November 1829). The materials recovered were used to finance a school for boys.

Quiet, comfortable rooms, a wooded parking lot and an underground parking lot, bar, swimming pool, terrace, breakfasts with local produce, are all available to make your stay a pleasant one. Pilgrims, if you're setting off on the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route from our town and you have a car, we suggest you leave it in our secure underground parking lot for the duration of your stopover. Welcome to the Passage de l'Adour, first step in the Landes towards Saint Jacques de Compostelle. We receive you in our house fitted out in lodging. We put at your disposal: a dormitory of 5 beds, a room with double bed or separate beds (no bunk beds, no private bathroom). We, Isabelle and Alejandro, a French-Spanish couple and pilgrims, welcome you to our own 19th-century house, typical of Aire sur l'Adour, in an atmosphere of sharing and conviviality, 100 m from the GR 65, close to shops and transport. We're here to help you on your journey, offering advice, listening, support and kindness. We've walked the Camino several times ourselves, in France and Spain. It's also a rest area with 15 beds divided into 3 rooms of 2 beds, 1 of 3 beds (on the 1st floor) and 1 dormitory of 6 beds (on the 2nd floor). Every evening, we enjoy a home-cooked dinner together. If you are gluten intolerant, vegetarian, etc., we can adapt to your needs.

The 2-star Gîte "Au Gré de l'Adour", just a 6-minute walk from downtown Aire sur l'Adour, welcomes pilgrims on the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela, with 2 rooms with 2 single beds and 1 room with a single bed. Sleeps 5. The entrance to the gîte is independent. The 300m² garden is suitable for horses and donkeys only. The gîte is therefore rented as a shared apartment for pilgrims. If you're a tourist and you're interested in my gîte, you can rent it out entirely to your family or friends (if it's available). You can also rent a room and share the gîte's common areas with other pilgrims. Half-board is available on request. If you'd like a vegetarian or gluten-free menu, please let me know and I'll adapt it for you.
