Through forest and vineyards, this pleasant walk leads you to the discovery of Riquewihr. Be prepared to stroll for miles in this typical and colourful village on the Alsace Wine Route. An ideal route for a short, rhythmic outing... With the mythical ascent to Lac Blanc, a passage through flower-filled pairires and a return through the forests of the Vosges. Leaving Kientzheim, which has preserved its original ramparts, head for Kaysersberg - a picturesque wine-growing town - and Fréland station (which is only a station in name) along the cycle path. Then on to Orbey for the ascent to the Col du Calvaire - Station du Lac Blanc. After a 10-kilometre climb, you can take a short break and enjoy the enchanting panorama. For the return journey, take the same route as far as the junction for Lac Noir. Once past the Lac Noir and its granite cliffs, head for the rural hamlet of Hautes Huttes and then the Wettstein pass. The route continues over the Collet du Linge, which still bears the scars of the harsh fighting of the First World War. After this final climb, it's off downhill towards Les Trois Epis and then Ammerschwihr, where you'll pass a charming mountain golf course. The walk is almost at an end, with Kientzheim, our starting point, only a short distance away.

The historical town centre of Turckheim is the starting point of this itinerary which takes you to Sigolsheim via Katzenthal, another village in the wine-growing hills overlooked by a castle. After this first castle, you will find a guard tower at the entrance to Ammerschwihr, before coming to Kientzheim where you can walk along the rampart and admire the Town Hall and the murals in the village. Finally, Kaysersberg (with its historical town centre and castle) are well worth a detour. On your way back, you ride past meadows and the river Fecht, then take the country paths in Waldeslust forest and on to the centre of Ingersheim. You can admire the dovecot in Marbach Park and Fleck Villa. You return to Turckheim by the same route.

Start at the Espace Pluriel. Direction the Nécropole, a meletary cimetry in order to envoy the beautiful point of view. You will follow the hillsides of the Grand Cru “Schlossberg”, passage in Kientzheim where you will see a tank “Renard” of the Second World War.

This easy walk, starting from Sigolsheim, takes you to the heights of the vineyard and in particular to the Grand Cru du Mambourg hillside. Reach the necropolis, a site not to be missed to immerse yourself in the military past of the valley. 1,601 bodies of soldiers who "died for France" during the Second World War are buried there. The Necropolis is also a place to enjoy a 360° view of the Alsatian plain, the Black Forest and the Vosges mountains. On a clear day, you can even see the Bernese Alps. A high point from every point of view which will not fail to amaze you. A pleasant, varied trail which starts off at Beblenheim and takes you to Ostheim past cherry, apple and mirabelle plum trees before arriving at the Boating Centre of Colmar-Houssen on the edge of forests and fields. You then pedal on to Waldeslust forest towards Sigolsheim (apple and cherry orchards) and continue in the vineyards near Bennwihr. This route is flat and easy-going with plenty of different sights to admire and panoramas of the Vosges Mountains between Ostheim and Houssen.

From the top of its 23 meters at 731m of altitude, the Galtz monument is the destination of this hike and it will not leave you indifferent. You will have a unique 360° panorama on the Alsace plain and the Vosges mountains. Start at the Porte Haute, then direction golf and Trois-Epis, climate station. Passage near the Galtz monument, the Wineck castle and you follow the hillsides of the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf.

A cycling tour starting from Kaysersberg that leads to the town of Eguisheim through the vineyards with numerous viewpoints. Some steep climbs to reach the castles of Eguisheim. After crossing a beautiful chestnut forest, we arrive at the Hohlandsbourg castle. The return to Kaysersberg is via Turckheim and the cycle path that runs alongside the vineyards.

Set off on a bike ride along the Kaysersberg Valley Castle Road. This tour is suitable for experienced cyclists as well as simple amateurs! Don't worry, the electric assistance is there to serve you! Departing from Lausanne, head to the medieval town of Gruyères, home to the famous Swiss cheese!  Leave Lausanne by bus and climb up into the alpine pastures to reach Gruyères.  After a tour around the town, your guide will take you to a Swiss chocolate factory to show you how famous Swiss chocolate is made.  Then head to an old alpine cheese factory. Enjoy a Swiss cheese tasting and learn more about the national dish: fondue.  Learn to make your own Swiss fondue and try the traditional dish.  After your meal, relax and climb on board the Golden Express, a panoramic train which crosses the alpine pastures and the heights of Lake Geneva. You pass a curious building made of Vosges sandstone. This is the Haut-Koenigsbourg pumping station and its neighbouring building, which houses the spring catchment. Despite its modest dimensions, this building impresses with its neo-Romanesque style. It is reminiscent of the Metz railway station, also built in a style close to the 12th century, that of the time of the Hohenstaufen, the emperors of the Holy Roman Empire. On the top of the facade, there is a representation of the imperial eagle and the year 1901.

The ruin of the Oedenbourg, also known as Petit-Koenigsbourg, is not currently open to visitors, but you can see some beautiful remains behind a fence, notably a blind shield wall and several Gothic windows that mark the former dwelling (14th century). First mentioned in the 12th century, the castle was enlarged several times and finally abandoned in the 15th century (hence its name Oedenbourg - abandoned castle).

To walk through the gates of Haut-Koenigsbourg castle is to plunge into the world of the Middle Ages. And by visiting the castle on your own and discovering the route at your own pace, you will fully enjoy the monument, its riches and its details. A privileged visit to this impressive fortress! This small sandstone fountain, built in 1901, bears a Gothic German inscription meaning "May our language flow pure and clear, like the spring in the mountain".

Tricky Track is a state-of-the-art 4-season rail sled! The 1.1 kilometre track offers 700 metres of descent with a negative difference in height of 78 metres, a 450-degree spin, a tunnel, passages over the ski and bike slopes... It can reach a maximum speed of 40 km/h with an average gradient of 11% and a maximum gradient of 35%. Thrills guaranteed! Accessible to children aged 3 and over accompanied by an adult. Children up to 8 years old and under 1.25 m tall accompanied by an adult. Not suitable for pregnant women. Last-minute information, such as weather conditions preventing the activity from taking place, will be communicated on the Tricky-Track facebook page.

This former ossuary, located next to the parish church (medieval wall paintings visible in the medieval bell tower), replaces Romanesque bays from the former priory of Lièpvre.

Rebuilt in the presbytery garden, a small 18th century half-timbered building has been converted to house the heritage collections on the history of Grussenheim, the association of the Friends of Annette de Rathsamhausen and the old Grussenheim. Open on request.

In the heart of the ruins of the castle of Kintzheim, the Aviary of Eagles invites you to come and see eagles, vultures, black kites, falcons, buzzards, owls and owls from all continents.
