Three-park bike tour is an 11.6 km loop designed for everyone. Conceived by "Un Carré Qui Roule" and "Strasbourg Mobilités Vélo" to promote the use of Vélhop adapted bikes, it was co-constructed with the Eurométropole de Strasbourg, the Tourist Office, the Collectif Alsace à Vélo and tested by users of adapted bikes. A truly inclusive tourist experience, the ride takes in 3 Strasbourg parks, and is marked out by “Tourisme et Handicap” approved sites, with accessible toilets and adapted parking spaces. The route follows wide, comfortable cycle paths, departing from the Vélhop agency at Strasbourg train station, which offers a varied fleet of adapted bikes for hire, available from one day to one month, which can be viewed and booked at velhop.strasbourg.eu. La Kutch also offers rides on adapted bikes with a pilot. Please note: there are some uneven areas along the way.

Part of a cross-border trail which arrives from Offenburg, the Bruche cycle trail leaves Strasbourg to go south along a cycle track laid out along the river ILL, which fl ows through the Alsatian capital. The trail then follows the Bruche canal, which was built in 1681 by Vauban to transport the red sandstone of the Vosges for the construction of the fortifi cations of Strasbourg. As many as 950 boats were recorded on the canal in 1782 and it was in use until 1938. After 19.7 km and 11 old locks, we reach Molsheim, formerly the seat of the bishopric, on the Alsatian Wine Road cycle trail.

The former military forts surrounding the City of Strasbourg are a reminder of the region’s often troubled past. Some are open to visitors, like the fascinating Rapp Fort and Frère Fort. Admire the wonderful view from Hausbergen Hill providing a panorama of the Strasbourg Eurometropolis and its imposing Notre-Dame Cathedral. This itinerary takes you on a discovery tour of the military edifices that surrounded and protected the City of Strasbourg. Leaving Strasbourg the European, you'll take the legendary EuroVelo15 - Rhine cycle route through the Rhine forest of La Robertsau, then on to La Wantzenau, Gambsheim, Drusenheim, Seltz, Munchhausen and Lauterbourg, all of which face the Rhine. Continue on the Lauter Valley cycle route to Wissembourg, a charming fortified town with a splendid Gothic abbey church. A short incursion into the Palatinate region of Germany will allow you to discover the charm of the Dahn area and its rocky peaks. You'll reach France and the Nothern Vosges nature park on the Sauer Valley cycle route, passing by the famous Fleckenstein castle. From Lembach, you'll branch off towards Reichshoffen, then Ingwiller in the Pays de Hanau and La Petite Pierre in the heart of the Notherne Vosges. You'll continue on little-traveled country roads towards Alsace Bossue. At Wittring in Moselle, you join the EuroVelo5 - Via Romea and the quiet Sarre canal cycle route and the Marne-Rhine canal cycle route. You'll be able to enjoy a number of beautiful stages, including the Mittersheim and Stock ponds, the Arzviller inclined plane and the valley of the lock-keepers, before taking a well-deserved break in Saverne, home of the Rohan family. You'll then head south on the V52, dotted with tunnels and bridges for cyclists, to Romanswiller, then Wasselonne and Marlenheim, where you'll join the Alsace wine road cycle trail. At Soultz-les-Bains, take the Bruche Canal cycle route back to the starting point.

This itinerary offers a number of architectural curiosities telling the story of how this area developed. From Strasbourg to Kehl, you will discover a cross-border region with a rich, shared history and a flora and fauna that flourish with the close proximity of the Rhine.

Going through the suburb of Robertsau, known for its market gardens, the trail runs on the Rhine cycle route - EuroVelo 15 along the edge of the grounds of the Château de Pourtalès to lead to the high water dyke which runs parallel to the Rhine. After La Wantzenau, renowned for its old half- timbered houses and its restaurants, the cyclist then finds himself going through a succession of villages. Then, he returns to the banks of the Rhine via the site of the big locks at Gambsheim and Offendorf, a typical boat-men's village, before bearing west. The route then goes through the towns of Bischwiller and Haguenau, as well as the famous Marian pilgrimage site at Marienthal. After Brumath, the return route to Strasbourg follows the Marne-Rhine canal. The canalised Rhine ends at Beinheim where it returns to its natural course. You follow the river on the high water dam along the EuroVelo 15 through Rhine forests and nature reserves to Lauterbourg, the eastern tip of Alsace. The route then turns west and follows the former embankment of the Lauterbourg-Wissembourg railway line to reach the capital of northern Alsace via the Hardt racecourse. On the way back to Beinheim, you will discover some of the most typical and beautiful villages in Alsace. From Beinheim to Munchhausen, the banks of the Rhine are rich in preserved natural sites. The heronry of Beinheim, with its fragile biotope, is particularly closely watched. Munchhausen and the Sauer delta form an astonishing landscape populated by migratory birds: grey herons, wild geese or sparrowhawks. The forest is unique in Europe, with ash trees, pedunculate oaks and field elms climbing up to 30 metres. Long distance footpath linking the Place Stanislas in Nancy to the Place Kléber in Strasbourg. The GR 534, alias Sentier Stanislas-Kléber, marked by a red diamond, is a curiosity initiated by the Club Vosgien.

The Forts Trail (Piste des Forts) is a Franco-German cycle route combining heritage and nature in and around Strasbourg. Over 85 km, on both sides of the Rhine, cyclists can sample delights ranging from the Hausbergen hillside to the Ortenau countryside, the Rhineland forests of Illkirch-Graffenstaden, and the Wantzenau woodlands, while at the same time discovering the 19 fortifications making up the “Ring of Forts”. Taking the “piste des forts” means enjoying the diversity of the landscape, moving from the cool of a forest to the shade of a café terrace, from half-timbered houses to lock-keepers' houses, jumping across the Rhine or picnicking in a fort. It's also accessible via the cycle paths that run alongside the Marne au Rhin, Bruche and Rhône au Rhin canals. With no major difficulties, the forts trail can be explored at your own pace, in short or long stretches, with family or friends.

Memorial to Jean Bugatti. He was the son of automobile manufacturer Ettore Bugatti, who opened his factory in Molsheim-Dorlisheim in December 1909, the year of Jean's birth. Jean started working very early with his father, as he possessed the same artistic skills concerning designing elegant vehicles. On August 11, 1939, Jean Bugatti tragically died in a car crash while testing a 57 C. He was 30 years old. His father never recovered from the loss of his son.

Dating from 1838-1839, this building was built on the site of a church dedicated to Saint Como and Saint Damian.

This channel has a length of 20 km (12.4 mi), a 29 m (95 ft) slope and eleven locks measuring 48,5 x 4,5 m (159' x 14.7') each. On the 13th August 1682, the Bruche channel, also called channel Vauban was officially opened. It was designed to ship stones and other materials from the quarries of Soultz-les-Bains and Wolxheim for the fortification of Strasbourg and the construction of its citadel. On the 30th September 1681 the German free town Strasbourg capitulated in front of the French army. For a better defence of Strasbourg, King of France Ludwig XIV decided to build a fortress. The plans were drawn by the king's architect, Vauban. At that time there was a intense traffic on the channel composed of men, donkeys or horses, which from the right bank towpath of the pulled the full loaded ships. Beginning of the last century the channel was used less often. The former towpath now serves as a cycle lane you can use to reach Strasbourg.

The "Rimlen" Chapel is the only remaining piece of the former village of Rimlenheim. The hamlet was destroyed by the Armagnacs. An office is being held annually, on the 29th September (St. Michael's day), to commemorate the departed. If you want to discover this chapel, exit the village and take the road towards Ernolsheim sur Bruche. The building is in the middle of the vineyard.

On June 2, 1776, the foundation stone of a new church was laid on an artificial mound in the middle of the village (the singularity of this church!) and it was enlarged 85 years after its construction. The building escaped destruction during both world wars. As a sign of remembrance, a statue of St. Odile was erected next to the main portal. In the summer of 1958, a violent hailstorm shattered the stained glass windows and let in rainwater. In the 1960s, the interior of the church (choir, nave, altars, stained glass windows, ceiling and organ) was restored. In 1977 further renovation work uncovered the foundations of two previous buildings and the walls of the old cemetery once surrounding the place of worship.. Interior: The neo-classical church features a semi-recessed bell tower façade, a triangular pediment portal, a single nave with rectilinear side portals and a polygonal choir. The church features a tabernacle (18th century), altars and pulpit (19th century), high altar (20th century), a redesigned 25-register Stiehr organ (1817), a majestic painting of St. Louis by François Brendle (1807) at the back of the choir and two paintings on canvas over the side altars by painter Joseph-Louis Sorg, depicting two key scenes from the New Testament: the Crucifixion on the right and the Annunciation on the left (1840). In the church lie Klara Judith and her husband Hans Jacob von Landsberg, whose Rococo-style tombstone is still on the right wall of the nave. Outside: On one facade, a 1705 sundial is carved into a square slab. Originally placed against the "east" facade of the nave, the grotto of Lourdes found a worthy location behind the choir, attracting pilgrims for prayer and peaceful contemplation. On its side, the crucified Christ, with Mary and John at his feet, casts his gaze on the passer-by. The grotto is a place of prayer and peaceful contemplation. The church is not open to visitors, but is open throughout the year for religious celebrations.

About twenty kilometres from Strasbourg, lies the thirty hectares of the hillside Kefferberg beling once to the vineyard of Strasbourg, one of the oldest vineyards in Alsace. From the 4th century, vines would have been planted on these hills close to Argentoratum (the Roman name of Strasbourg) and patrician villas between Kirchheim and Marlenheim. The soil of Kefferberg is composed of clay interspersed with limestone-sandstone layers. Its gentle slopes, its south-facing orientation and its micro-climate may it benefit from an extraordinary drought resistance reinforced by silica on the surface which warms also the soil by their «magnifying» effect. This warmth gives dry wines a relatively subtle acidity, a rich material and aromas that make them great gastronomic wines. While below the hillside flows the river Bruche which promotes the development of botrytis (grey rot) on the grapes and transform the wines into fabulous sweet like the late harvests and the selections of noble grains. All the Alsatian grape varieties grow on the vineyards of Ergersheim. It offers magnificent views: the Vosges, the cathedral of Strasbourg, the chapel Saint-Michel d'Ergersheim (the last vestige of a village destroyed during the Thirty Years' War).

Château neuf, also known as Château Hervé, is a former Ecole Royale de la fabrication du ver à soir (Royal School for Evening Wormmaking) dating from the 18th century, and an annex of a vast nursery dating from 1742. The building has two levels with a facade and two wings (1750). Private estate

This building is characterized by its very long nave from the 18th century and a gothic choir with an imposing baroque high altar. The facade has two bays flanking the bell tower topped by a baroque bulb with a wrought iron cross (1878).

Located between Ergersheim and Furdenheim, on the site of the former village of Altbronn. Altbronn, or Altbrunne (literally the "Old Fountain"), used to be a flourishing hamlet in the early Middle-Ages. The village disappeared during the first half of the 14th century, due to civil wars and the plague. The only thing left was the church dedicated to the Virgin Mary, built by Bishop Guillaume de Diest during his pilgrimage in 1397 (inscription embedded in a stone slab, on the South side of the chapel). In the 15th and 16th centuries, the sanctuary respectively entered a period of prosperity and decline.Then, Bishop Jean de Manderscheidt entrusted the place of pilgrimage to the Jesuits who administered a school in Molsheim at the time. Altbronn was abandoned in 1765, when the State closed down the Jesuit school. In 1883, the chapel was bought by the parish council of Ergersheim. Since then, the influx of pilgrims never ceased to increase. When the Cistercians from Oelenberg, better known as the Trappistines, settled into Ergersheim in 1895, they borrowed the chapel's name for their monastery built in the town center. A few steps from the site of pilgrimage is St. Anne's spring, where miracles have been recorded by the Jesuits since the 16th century. It was supposed to help mothers avoid health complications during pregnancy.

On our farm, we follow each season different activities. Ranging from the production of cereals and sugar beets, to the reception on the farm of families, schools and children. You can discover the farm through various activities and visits. For the summer period we propose the corn maze with its nocturnal evenings, the discovery of the animals and their feeding. In winter we offer basketry courses. All year round, children can also celebrate their birthday with us, or participate in themed days. All these activities are on registrations.
