200 kilometers through the landscapes of the PNR Périgord Limousin, in a country where the language of oc outcrops at the same time as the granite, and recalls the beliefs, the legends which populate the forests of chestnut trees.. This stage will lead you from Saint Pierre de Frugie to Saint Saud Lacoussiere.

The Richard Coeur de Lion West cycling loop takes in the rolling roads of western Limousin, in Haute-Vienne, in 4 stages and 10 sections. You'll cycle along the Voie Verte des Hauts de Tardoire and the V56 and V93 cycle routes. You'll visit the villages of Châlus, Rochechouart and Nexon, with their castles on the Richard the Lionheart discovery route. You'll pass through Limoges, the city with the largest concentration of services and facilities, and then the small villages where life is good, such as Oradour-sur-Vayres, Saint-Martin-de- Jussac, Saint-Priest-sous-Aixe, Aixe-sur-Vienne and Saint-Hilaire-les-Places. You can cycle this loop at your own pace, in sections, stages or all at once, depending on your mood and your cycling skills.

In Firbeix, in the north of the Périgord, the path you will take is lined with many varieties of apple and fruit trees. It will lead you to a nursery specialized in old fruits and then to the farm of the "orchards of yesteryear" where the fruits are transformed into juice, jams and other products elaborated directly on the spot.

There's a turntable at the start and finish to help you turn your bike around. Allow 2 hours for a 12km round trip.

Founded in 1127, the church has a single nave with a five-sided choir. Each side is pierced by a semicircular bay. The entrance to the choir is flanked on each side by two carved pillars. The entire building is covered by a panelled ceiling. The main modifications were to the roof, probably in the 17th century.

You can also find Les Légumes de Rémi at the weekly market in Nexon on Friday mornings, and at the Marché des Producteurs de Pays in Solignac every other Friday evening in summer.

Witness to a history of nearly 700 years, the castle of Lastours is a site restored and enhanced thanks to the volunteers of the Association de Sauvegarde du Patrimoine et de l'Environnement en Limousin. As soon as the fine weather returns, the castle reopens its doors to welcome you, both children and adults. Chambre d?Hôtes La Motte Bleue, in Rilhac-Lastours, a small village 30 km south of Limoges, halfway between Barcelona and the Channel Tunnel, at the gateway to the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park, with its view of the motte castrale topped by its little church and the Monts de Blonds on the horizon. In the former barn, restored in 2023, adjoining the owners? house, you can access your accommodation independently via the small vintage-style winter garden, which will quickly become your living area. On the same level, a small communicating kitchen, announcing in a shade of blue, the possibility of concocting a small meal, an aperitif or a snack?
