Hardened runners will be delighted to walk through the forests of Les Cars and Lastours in the footsteps of Richard the Lionheart. Through these two forests, between fir trees and chestnut trees, you will wind your way along this almost half-marathon circuit with some technical passages and steep climbs up to the château des Cars.
