The Marais Girard beach is 3.5 km away. The gîte is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the hamlet of Peuble. It is set in a traditional Vendée house adjoining an old barn on a 900 m² property. There are 2 enclosed outdoor areas. Garden: terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Poolside: terrace with lounge area. The private swimming pool is heated and open from May to September. The cycle path is nearby. You'll be surprised by the ambience of the living room, a blend of modernity and vintage, and by its size.
