This single-storey gîte comprises a living room with bay windows overlooking the surrounding woodland, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with two bedrooms (1 double bed (140cm) and 2 twin beds (80cm)), shower room and separate WC, and a second communicating area with a studio (1 double sofa bed (140cm), kitchen, shower room and WC). Outside, there are several areas to enjoy: a private terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue, a terrace with table and chairs, and an annex with garden furniture and deckchairs. The coal mines were extremely important from the 17th century.

Buildings from the former 17th century Presbytery were restored and transformed into the town hall in 2007 and "Les Digitales" Art Centre in 2011. The Art Centre is a place for activities and exhibits. It displays different models of farming machinery from the collection of Mr Sevestre, a passionate farmer from Caden, and holds a museum presenting farming activities from yesterday and today with interviews from local farmers.
