Gîte du Préneau

Come and relax in the countryside, in this house set in 1.8 hectares of private woodland, 7 km from Saint Gervais and Beauvoir sur Mer and 11.5 km from Port du Bec.
This single-storey gîte comprises a living room with bay windows overlooking the surrounding woodland, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with two bedrooms (1 double bed (140cm) and 2 twin beds (80cm)), shower room and separate WC, and a second communicating area with a studio (1 double sofa bed (140cm), kitchen, shower room and WC).
Outside, there are several areas to enjoy: a private terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue, a terrace with table and chairs, and an annex with garden furniture and deckchairs.
You will also have access to all the owner's private woodland (10,800 m²) for picnicking and walking.
The gîte is located right next to a working farm.
Access to the gîte is via a gravelled path.
