From the Cochenet parking lot, follow signs for "Abérieu" and "Pont de la Flée", then "Pierre Fendue". At "Pierre Fendue", follow signs for "Chalets de Coeur" and climb to the Col de Niard (1801m). Then join the "Cabane du Petit Pâtre", the "châlets des bénés" to go back down, then "Tête Noire", "Le Perray", the "Molliards", the "Tête Fendue" and the "Pierre Fendue". les Molliards", "l'Abérieu" to return to the "Cochenet" parking lot.
