Chai Doléris
Beschrijving
Located in Lembeye, at the entrance to the Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh vineyards, Chai Doléris is a sales outlet of the cooperative cellar of Crouseilles.
All year round, the winery invites you to take a free or guided tour of the underground winery and the "Doléris" exhibition room, featuring old vine tools. Once a month, he organizes "The Gourmet Saturdays of Mélanie" with a tasting combining local products and wines from the cellar, in the company of a winegrower and a local craftsman. The cellar offers you a wine tasting and direct sales. Local products from the Vic-Bilh Cannery (pâté, foie gras...) are also on sale in the cellar.
