Behind the Ferme des Bleuets is... Annie, a biologist by training, specializing in plant ecology.
Annie is fully committed to the ecotourism approach of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park. The Bleuets farm has never used pesticides or other chemical products. The produce is organically grown and cleared by hand.
This agroforestry farm grows berries and potted plants, as well as medicinal and aromatic plants. Annie is fully committed to an eco-responsible approach, since she complies with the specifications of organic farming, and the cultivation of her plants with their "wild" flavor is integrated into the local natural environment.
