Rue du Bas Moulin and Rue du Moulin

The commune has been an important milling centre since the 13th century. The first mill (Bas Moulin) belonged to the Abbaye du Lys. A second mill was built in the centre of the village. These mills were powered by the ru du Lys.
In the mid-twentieth century, the mill at Abbaye du Lys was demolished. The second mill, located near the Town Hall, was bought by the town and redeveloped to house municipal services.
