Just 500m from the beach, this charming little house is nestled in a peaceful hamlet frequented by hikers (GR223) and cyclists (Eurovélo 4). As well as walking and cycling, there's no shortage of activities in the area, starting with the Utah Beach golf course, which backs onto the hamlet, and its sea-view restaurant. The historic site of Utah Beach is also nearby, as is the port of St Vaast la Hougue, which you can see from the sea wall. Patrick and his partner Marie-Ange will be delighted to welcome you to their gîte, which was completely renovated in 2024. The pretty kitchen with its duck-blue credenza is at the heart of the living room. A steep staircase leads to a light-filled mezzanine landing with 2 bedrooms and a spacious shower room. The owners offer a small enclosed garden at the rear of the house for a moment of relaxation. Marie-Ange is fluent in sign language and can welcome hearing-impaired guests.
