With more than 20 years of experience, in love with gastronomy and the terroir, our chef de cuisine Franck Simonneau is surrounded by Thomas and Jean-Baptiste, two cooks from starred establishments.
Together, they offer a contemporary cuisine that will allow you to appreciate new flavours and rediscover traditional dishes.
