Chalet Rosalie

The buvette at Chalet Rosalie serves refreshments and local dishes in a quaint alpine chalet, surrounded by tranquil fishing ponds and a large, grassy terrace.
Nestled in an idyllic setting on the banks of the Vièze river, we are most well-known for our rich trout ponds. Visitors can spend the afternoon fishing for trout, which we will clean and cook for you on the spot.

Other refreshments include smoked trout filets, delicious croûte au fromage, omelets, and homemade tarts.

We offer a petanque area and a rock-climbing spot.
