Saint-Germain is a hamlet on the old Roman Way which leads to the Little Saint Bernard Pass.
Its water mill had fallen into ruin when in 1987 the villagers and other volunteers from the commune of Séez restored it. Ever since it has regularly opened up to visitors who come here to learn more about the traditional workings of the mill. Bread is baked here at regular intervals during the summer.
