Ocupa a antiga cátedra de gramática e latinidade. Construída polo bispo Juan García Benito en 1817, foi usada como espazo escolar ata 1850. O seu uso posterior estivo relacionado coa parroquia e foi utilizado temporalmente como casa rectoral de Tui ata mediados do século XX.
