Descripción

Farm producers of goat's cheese (crottins, fromage blanc, tomes, etc.), charcuterie and farm-raised pork (sausages, head cheese, etc.) and duck (foie gras, magret, etc.). Direct sales and collective outlets.
The farm continues to operate as a family business, using traditional and sustainable farming methods. The Bernard family produces goat cheeses: fresh, semi-dry, dry, ripened, tomme...

The farm consists of a goat and pig farm.
A charcuterie workshop has been added to the cheese dairy, enabling them to produce sodium nitrate-free pork and charcuterie (sausages, rolled heads, etc.). In 2020, a new workshop was created with the installation of a young associate. Since then, fattened ducks have been raised and processed into foie gras, duck breast, confit legs, cassoulet...

Farm sales mornings from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
