Take Rue de la Basse-Ville (a feudal mound which, in the 11th century, was overlooked by a wooden castle serving as a watchtower and last refuge, surrounded by moats). At the first bend, turn right onto Chemin de Gnagne, continue and then descend along the Arriou stream.
