Ferme Perland
Description
I was born on cosy and warm straw and then allowed to live in a sheltered and green environment. You can see me at ‘Perland’ farm. Who am I? I am a free range duck from Landes! At ‘Perland’ farm ducks are mainly fed with corn which again is grown on the farm. As soon as they reach maturity the ducks are then fattened to produce a tasty foie gras of Landes using a traditional recipe and our grand mother’s techniques. You are welcome, by appointment, to visit the farm for a tasting.
