Stéphane Bounichou is the small-scale cheesemaker of Fromagerie d'Audrix, producing cheeses, fromage blanc, cottage cheese, crème fraîche, rice pudding and more. All products are made with whole milk from Holstein cows raised using sustainable agricultural practices. Only lactic ferments and simple rennet are used. No preservatives, chemicals or colourings.
