


The Kukulu Farm is located in the interior of the Basque Country in Espelette. Since 1890, that is 4 generations, the farm has been making its sheep's cheese. In the era of sustainable development, it works by and for the maintenance of the primitive base of the cheese: raw milk. The farm is open to the public according to the signposts. You will discover our ewe's flock, our production laboratory and our maturing cellars. Tasting of all our raw milk cheeses: semi-dry and old ewe's cheese; ewe's cheese with Espelette pepper; fresh and semi-dry goat's cheese; cow's cheese; mixed ewe/cow and ewe/goat cheese.
