Jean-Michel took the step of cheese processing 9 years ago. He is assisted by his wife Hélène who is in charge of sales and markets. The Monaco family welcomes you directly on their farm and will make you discover the installations such as the sheepfold and the maturing room. They will share with you their daily life and the passion of their work.
