Description
3 hectare estate created in 2011 in honor of my maternal Grandfather, Roger Larrouyat.
My only watchword is to make him proud wherever he is, by respecting his unique terroir of pebble tablecloth from the Ossau valley, exposed to the east, and by producing fine and powerful wines.
"Météore" is made up of 70% Petit Manseng, 30% Gros Manseng, vinified and aged for 6 months in barrels with stirring.
This meticulous work, respectful of the grape varieties and the terroir, gives it a striking intensity and a fine and delicate length in the mouth.
