Maison Malnou
Description
In Poey de Lescar, a small Bearn village located on the outskirts of Pau. Maison Malnou is located on the edge of the main road connecting Orthez and Pau.
Since 1872 the ancestors of Maison Malnou have run a traditional inn where they simmered and seasoned local specialties such as garbure and spicy red pepper ham that they cultivated, worked and dried themselves. Today, peppers are grown among vineyards, orchards and other peasant crops. Smoked or not, discover these little nuggets of flavor that combine as easily in savory or sweet cuisine. Jurançon jellies, onion confit ... so many products paired with Béarnais peppers that you can savor.
