Description
Behind the Arrokain farm lies a family with a passion for their land.
Respect for tradition and the transmission of know-how are deeply rooted in each member of the Mainhaguiet family, which has been established in Musculdy for three generations.
Mirentxu, Michel and their four daughters work with local, rustic breeds such as :
- kintoa PDO Basque pork,
- the Manex red-headed ewe and the Basque-Béarnaise ewe in the Ossau-Iraty appellation,
- blonde d'Aquitaine cows.
From breeding to processing, we offer quality products and traditional recipes.
