







On the heights of Salies, in the wood district is a bakery, a refuge for Etienne Leroy, who passionately shapes and bakes his bread there. "Le Pain du coin" is a place where authenticity and conviviality reign. It is from the bottom of the room, in a stone bread oven that whole breads, multi-grain breads, walnuts come out .... prepared mainly from local products and ingredients from organic farming . The door is open to whoever wants to see him work (but it is better to call in advance) and more particularly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the end of the day for sale on site.
Etienne also shares this passion on the markets of Salies-de-Béarn and Sauveterre-de-Béarn with his accordion. Atmosphere and good humor guaranteed!
