Les Mets d'Ames
Description
Clos les Mets d'Âmes is a farm located on the hills of Vic-Bilh, conducted in biodynamic agriculture, with 5 ha of vines. It produces Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh wines, but also grape juice. The farm is punctuated by a lake and 2 pools that shelter a unique and preserved biotope as well as a family of sheep and donkeys who bring their whole life to the heart of the estate.
After the succession of 5 generations, Céline Oulié has ecologically rehabilitated the wine cellar. It offers you a visit through the vineyard, the paths, the forest; everyone can find something for himself, the distance of the routes varying from 100 meters to 3 km and more! She then invites you to a tasting and proposes sales at the farm.
