Description
At the gates of Béarn, near Arzacq-Arraziguet, Jean-Luc is a duck producer, in love with the good taste and its soil. With Véronique, his wife, they work hard to present you the duck in all its forms! Foie gras, confit, rillettes of ducks, but also chickens with the taste of yesteryear raised in the open air (offered ready to cook). You will be spoiled for choice with products labeled Bienvenue à la Ferme.
