We consider that each of our cheeses has a soul and we take care of the expression of their flavors. We choose the best conditions for them to develop a harmony of tastes which makes their typicity. We make PDO Ossau-Iraty sheep's cheese, cow's cheese and mixed cheese, cow's and sheep's milk yoghurts
