In the heart of the Basque Country, in Saint Etienne de Baïgorry, a land of traditions and gastronomic treasures, the Laia chocolate factory is one of the last artisanal chocolate factories that continues to work with the cocoa bean to master all the stages of its transformation into chocolate
An exceptional chocolate is obtained thanks to the sequence of a series of controlled manufacturing stages. The modification of the parameters of one of these stages has an impact on the final result. Through the choice of raw materials, the rate of incorporation of ingredients, the search for new recipes and the optimisation of the parameters of the manufacturing process, we strive to create new chocolate experiences for you.
