





Pé Descaous is the quality farmhouse cheese produced in the pure Béarnaise tradition. It is made by transhumant shepherds in the area frequented by the last indigenous Pyrenean brown bears. All the "Pé Descaous", Pure Sheep, Cow, Goat and Mixed Cow-Ewe are produced according to the rules of Organic Agriculture.
